How Candidates Were Selected

Candidates only received invitations if they had an active Expression of Interest (EOI) profile and their employer submitted a job offer through the OINP Employer Portal.

  • Employers must submit the employment position within 14 calendar days.
  • Applicants must submit their application and pay fees in the OINP e-Filing Portal within 17 calendar days.

OINP notified both candidates and their employers directly by email.

Why This Draw Matters

This was one of the largest OINP draws of 2025, showing Ontario’s focus on filling critical health care and child care roles. By targeting specific NOCs, the province ensures that nominations go to applicants most needed in local communities.

What to Do Next

If you received an invitation:

  1. Review the Employer Job Offer stream guide to confirm you meet requirements.
  2. Gather mandatory documents listed in the checklist.
  3. Ensure your employer submits the employment position on time.
  4. Submit your application in the OINP e-Filing Portal before the deadline.

Looking Ahead

Ontario has already issued thousands of invitations in 2025 under Employer Job Offer streams. With federal reductions to provincial nominee quotas this year, targeted draws in health care, child care, and in-demand roles are expected to continue through the fall.
