Candidates only received invitations if they had an active Expression of Interest (EOI) profile and their employer submitted a job offer through the OINP Employer Portal.
OINP notified both candidates and their employers directly by email.
This was one of the largest OINP draws of 2025, showing Ontarioβs focus on filling critical health care and child care roles. By targeting specific NOCs, the province ensures that nominations go to applicants most needed in local communities.
