The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) held a new Expression of Interest (EOI) draw today. This was Draw #251, targeting candidates in the Skilled Worker Stream.

Only candidates directly invited by the MPNP under a strategic recruitment initiative were considered.

Total Letters of Advice to Apply (LAA) issued: 37

Lowest score invited: 724

Breakdown of invitations:

  • Employer Services: 15
  • Francophone Community: 19
  • Regional Communities: 1
  • Ethnocultural Communities: 2

Of the 37 invitations, 7 went to candidates with a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code.


Who Was Considered in This Draw

Only Skilled Worker in Manitoba and Skilled Worker Overseas profiles were included if they had a direct MPNP invitation under a strategic recruitment initiative.

Your score may be higher than the cut-off, but you might still not get an LAA if:

  • Your language test number is missing or expired in your EOI.
  • Your invitation number is missing or invalid in your EOI.

If your profile has missing or outdated information, update your EOI before the next draw.

Candidates in regulated occupations were selected only if they are fully licensed to work in Manitoba.

If you cannot provide proof of licensing when required, your application may be refused.
